Professor Review

Oké, ik was toch nog niet helemaal klaar met de updates van vandaag. Door Gwen keek ik op YouTube de filmpjes van TheU over UCLA. Daarin noemde een UCLA student een site die ik nog niet kende: bruinwalk.com waar je reviews van je professoren kan vinden.. Ik besloot dus mijn professoren even uit te checken. Nou... het contrast kon niet groter zijn...

Over mijn philosophy professor Pamela Hieronymi (zie foto) vond ik alleen maar negatief commentaar. Een greep uit de reacties:

"What everyone has said here about her being the worst professor ever is not only true... it might be the most true thing ever said."

"Her lectures are the best cure for insomnia I've found yet, the material is interesting enough but when delivered in her monotonous drone, it sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher."

"I don't care if this is the only class you can get into or the only class you need to graduate or the only class that fits into your schedule... FIND AN ALTERNATIVE. Beg, borrow or steal, sleep with the dean... ANYTHING!"

"Avoid at all costs."

"Worst class, worst prof. I've ever taken at UCLA. Don't take it if you care an ounce about your GPA."

Hier lijnrecht tegenover staat professor Val Rust, de man die mij de EAP seminar gaat geven:

"Prof Rust really is like that caring grandfatherly type."

"Val Rust is my favorite man of all time."

"The EAP class was the easiest class of all time. It's an easy A."

"He is very grandfatherly, incredibly accomodating and understanding. Definitely take Prof Rust!!"
